We Offer Same-Day Service

In addition, commercial properties that house food preparation areas run the risk of a buildup of grease or unprocessed foods. If this is the case, we offer sewer cleaning services that can easily take care of the problem.

Camera inspection is the process of inserting a small device down a drain to get a look at any possible blockages. This service is simple in the sense that it doesn’t require any additional services such as digging up the pipes or pulling up concrete to find the issue.

Once an issue has been identified, our Westchester team will quickly and efficiently repair the problem so your property can continue to operate at optimum levels.

At Pro Drain Inc., we understand the importance of keeping a business up and running. If you notice a pungent smell coming from your sewer or your sinks are backing up, we can check your property the same day you call us.

We provide the best quality service possible and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Read some of our customer reviews if you still aren’t convinced.

“I had a problem with a clogged drain that the usual Do It Yourself approach would not resolve. TJ showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and cleared the drain pipe. Communications from the Get Go were top notch and professional, and TJ was easy to work with making sure we understood the how the job would be done. We are very picky about contractors we use and TJ has more than earned a spot on out list of people we would work with again as well as recommend to friends.”

How Does the Commercial Camera Inspection Work?

There is a 4-step process to commercial sewer camera inspection that includes:

  • Entry: Many commercial properties have a port access to their sewer line that one of our technicians will use to gain access to the pipes. This often means the technician will dig a small hole to get to the pipe and make another in the pipe to insert the camera.
  • Insertion: The camera is carefully put in the pipe and sends a visual of the inside of the pipe to a monitor with the help of a fiber optic cable. This allows for the technician to view what could be blocking the pipe.
  • Examination: The technician will slowly move the camera down the pipe to check if the pipes have broken, slipped, become blocked by inorganic or organic materials.
  • Evaluation: After the camera has run the entire length of the pipe, we review the footage and make a a recommendation based on what is obstructing the pipe.
